what to include in commission request?

(no need to follow this to a T, these are just guidelines)

- Character reference sheet(If none, please describe your characters vividly with colours and reference photos, height, eye color, skin color, age, etc)
- A short description of your character(s) personality
- Pose of the character(s), or state if you want to leave the pose to me
- Clothes the character is wearing, whether reference image or describe
- Any extra props, weapons or background elements
- Your email address you would like me to mail the final artwork to, and your preferred place for me to contact you

TERMS OF SERVICE

IMPORTANT
1) Price can increase for extra detailed design such as detailed wings, abundance of dangling items, weapons, armor, and lastly complex backgrounds.
2) Clients are required to credit me if they use my work for commercial purposes
3) Client must pay 50% upfront upon commissioning, then I will start the artwork, and if this is not fulfilled within 7 days of my asking, your slot will be relinquished and I will not take your commission.
4) When the artwork is finished, I will send a watermarked, low resolution version and if I do not receive the rest of the 50% payment, I will keep the high resolution artwork without watermark and the rights to it.
